Gold Spot KFC - Boxmaster was burned

My boyfriend and i went to KFC at Gold spot vosloorus, orderd two boxmasters one with chilli and an original one. After waiting for 15 minutes and enquiring from the counter we were told that the chilli patty is unavailable. we then opted for two original boxmasters. we waited another 15 minutes . after another enquiry from the sales lady our order arrived . i was very dissaponted to find that the boxmaster was not up to standard, the lettice was not fresh the chicken was burnt and what made it worse was that the whole wrap was coverd with black markes from the griller burns... it was disgusting as the black burnt dirt was all over my hands. i hope the people in the township can really start taking things seriously as their hygenic and attitude towards the services they give is not that of the franchise.
