Changing orde

So I walked in to KFC thinking what am I gonna have for lunch and I was left with a bitter taste in my mouth.
Vivian was at my service when I order two Boxmasters and zinger wings, I then decided to change one boxmaster for a classic twister as I wanted to order a krusher as well, and Vivian said to me, with confidence, "You cant change your order", My jaw literally dropped, how can I NOT change my order, its my money and I can order whatever wanted. She said, you SAID you wanted two boxmasters, I cant change your order. I couldnt believe the nerve she had to tell me such bull dust... I ordered Boxmasters and I want to change the order so what? I had to ask for a manager (Nokuthula) to sort out something so simple. Im sure all tills have an option to void transactions?
My take is, I got such bad service because of the colour of my skin, had I been a bit more white I would have been served with a smile. That is just the sad state of our country and the people who are supposed to assist and serve us.
