Service Improvement

A few months ago, I complained about McDonald's Centurion, poor service all around. Colin Masina called me shortly afterwards and arranged a meeting, he made the effort of coming all the way to my office to discuss the issues, I was well impressed. I have since returned to the McDonald's a few times, although things are not perfect (aka Cresta McDonalds), things have drastically improved! Service is quicker, the guys almost get my complex order right, it's pretty cool now! Thanks guys, and well done! You're on your way to becoming a top McDonalds!
