New KFC Serves old garnish and burnt chicken

The service was absolutely horrible..When we arrived there the gentleman in front of us was angry with the clerk and we could see that this gentleman was unhappy with their service.. when we finally placed our order and collected our food we realised why the customers in front of us was unhappy; firstly the clerk failed to supply us our complete order, we sat there for a few minutes trying to explain to her that we did not receive all of our food.. she had such a bad attitude towards us and did not show any concern whatsoever! Pulling her face in all sorts of sarcastic ways and being very rude.. however we decided not to make a scene and leave, when we arrived at home I opened my wrap and discovered that all the contents was old and burnt.. The lettuce was brown, the tomatoes was soggy and the chicken was burnt! My boyfriend's food was burnt and his chips was old! This is absolutely unacceptable and we will never go back to that KFC. I have consulted with my friends about this KFC and they also experienced the same there..that is just so disgusting and I think that place has no hygiene whatsoever! I would never expect this type of service from a new branch.. pathetic!
