Work use bear hands to make your food

I when into the fast food chain store to buy a meal only to find the kitchen staff that was making my meal was working with he's bear hand after making meal and he had show me looking at him he put on an pear on gloves. The manager had handed me the meal after seeing the staff member working bear hand In the kitchen. I had to get him to remake my order and look at them constantly to see that they do not do something to my food... Is this what we pay for a service Cos they go to the toilet and not wash there hands and make our food. I am one unhappy customer.
