Kitchen Staff picking food up with hand

We were having breakfast and was looking at the kitchen while waiting for our food. The kitchen staff picked patties up with their hands and placing it onto buns. One even had meat in his hand placing it into a plate and lick of his finger. Not very nice to see when you waiting for your food to come. This is unprofessional and I won't ever eat there again. Kitchen stuff don't even wear gloves in the kitchen.
