Repeated Mistake on Orders

At least 3 out of 5 times when we order a thin base pizza, we are given a normal base pizza.
Most of the time we just accept it and move on, thinking that maybe we didn't place enough emphasis when we were placing the order. Given the fact that we order pizzas at least once a week, and that I much prefer the thin bases, we began to look into it. Since then, every time we have received the incorrect base, we compare it to the slip and complain to whomever served us. They are always very sweet and always offer to replace it, we just need to wait the 15 minutes for a new one to be made. Not a problem, if it was once off, but over and over? It's getting a bit crazy! Side note: I don't think we have ever received an incorrect delivery (Clement - great guy).
Back story: I am a creature of habit. For 3 years I ordered the exact same pizza and only changed because someone decided that it would be funnycost effective to use olives that had the occasional pip left in (ouch!). The first few times I figured that maybe they ran out of stock and used a different supplier. After this became the norm and Debonairs ignored my online query, I took a month off from pizza and then changed my order.
