Rude Manager, Long Delays and Sub-standard Food

Made a reservation for 7 people in the morning to celebrate my parents' wedding anniversary, and received a call from the restaurant that evening to confirm.
Table requested was not available when we arrived and the Manager was adamant that the restaurant had not phoned me - he changed his tune when I showed him the number on my cell phone.
Waited almost two hours for our main meal to arrive - after 1hr 30min were told that there was no more calamari.
When the food did arrive it was cold and sub-standard.
No apology, no attempt to make-good a bad experience. Not good value for money and management needs to change its attitude.
