Disgusting service

I booked a table at Quaterdeck for 10 people, a year end function, got to Quaterdeck and then was seated at a makeshift table. I asked our waiter if we could have another table because it was uncomfortable sitting there, she said that there was nothing else available, even though there were tables open. So I asked if I could speak to the manager, he then came after a half and hour. I explained my situation and I was told that I could not get another table because we only 10 people and he had to get my tables from another branch and that is why its uneven tables. I said okay, we then ate the food was lovely but had to at least wait 30 minutes for your drinks everytime we ordered. Yes I understand they busy all the time, but that is the type of work they dealing with. I was a paying customer just like everybody else, I expected to be treated like everybody else. I will surely not recommend Quaterdeck to anybody I know.
