Worst Service - 2nd Time!!

My friend and I went to Hyper by The Sea (Durban) to do some grocery shopping. While in the shop we decided to go for a brunch at Wimpy in the store at around 10:40. There was a queue standing waiting for tables and we patiently waited. After about 10 minutes of waiting we got seated, only to discover an entire row of open tables down the passage. The table and chairs were sticky and not wiped.

We then had to wait another 10-15 minutes before we even received our menus. After we had made up our mind what we wanted, no waitress in sight, my friend went to the counter and asked if he couldn't order there as there is absolutely no service. They then quickly rushed someone to our table and we ordered both drinks and food at the same time. Once orders placed we waited ANOTHER 15-20 minutes before receiving only the drinks. People across from us who were seated after us were receiving their food before us?? When confronting the waitress she quite rudely answered "It's coming". After some more waiting (10 min) our food arrived.
This is the second time it happened. I understand it's pay weekend and busy but they need to do something - hire more staff?? We won't go there again!!!
