POOR SERVICE

Dear Peter

Steers MONTCLAIR would rather stand around and laugh with each other than to see how for your food order is. The kitchen staff around working like they don`t wanna work. he take forever to make the food. My fiance and i were there last night they took like 30 min just to make a burger and 1/4 chicken which to my knowledge should not have even been so long. When u walk in there to place an order the cashiers don`t even great a person. if that`s the way that Steers Montclair treats their clientele then i`d rather end up taking my service somewhere else. They need to either step up with customer service or risk the loss of jobs. I`m sure that there is a lot of other people out there that feels the same. Anonymous
