Bad Service

At 20h20 we walk into the Kuils River McDonalds stood in the que for about 10 minutes, when we asked if there is anyone that can help us as there was only one cashier taking orders but a few other staff standing around with headsets on. There responds was that we get into our cars and come via the drive through it will go faster. This type of service is totally uncalled for in this day and age, where we made a choice to get into our car and drive to Mcdonalds for a nice Cappachino and Latte. Once the cashier took our order they made us wait another 5 minutes before they brought it to the counter don't want to imagine what they done to our drinks, seen that we insisted for another cashier to come help us, because we were waiting so long in the que.
