Learnt My Lesson

2 days ago my friend and I went to KFC to order breakfast. The lady behind the counter told us it would take 8 minutes. 8 minutes turned to 20 minutes of waiting. This KFC which is usually a fast food place failed that day. We hadn't learnt our lesson and we went there again. I ordered the am riser burger only with egg. I overheard people in the kitchen asking about an egg to which the lady serving us said they mustn't put it in. We even asked the other lady to tell her to put it in. In the end the egg was still not in the burger AND since I only ordered the burger it was clear to me that I do not want the the cappuccino combo and yet I got a cappuccino. Unfortunately for me I did not have the time to complain as I had to get back to work BUT this is pathetic service and I do not want to go there again. Thank You for taking my money and not giving me what I ordered.
