Up to today, i have had NO feedback regarding my previous complaint, even though you respond with a soppy message saying that you acknowledge my complaint, and will get back to me asap! What about ASAN? As soon as NEVER!
Well, ignore me, and i will just return the favour! I'm sure you don't need my clientelle.
On Sunday 27 July i decided to try KFC breakfast for the first time. I ordered an egg benedict and cappuccino, my wife ordered an a.m riser and cappuccino, and my daughter a toasted cheese and tomato with a strawberry milkshake. At the next window i was told to pull into the parking lot, as they are busy preparing my food. (no cappuccino's yet). After 15 minutes i thought i'd enquire in-store, only to be told that they do not have strawberry milkshake. I asked them where the food is, and then they told met that they do not have the chicken patty for the a.m. riser. I asked for the rest of my order and now all of the sudden they miss-placed my order.
HOW THE??? I am the one hovering on top of the drive-thru order screen, while all the other orders have been completed that came after me!!!
I then asked for a refund, and called the customer service line. CAS-16426-XXXX
