Spur Steak Ranches
Finnished eating then only the next burger comes

Went to Spur N1 City on the 21/01/2013. Being a busy night for burger night special.

We ordered our drinks, ordered our meals. Ordered 4 burgers in total. Three came all together with the kiddies meal aswell.

My husband had finnished eating his burger, I was halfway through mine.
We then complained and said we would like to see a manger. No manager came. Told the waiter we are all neally done and still waiting. Then 10 minutes aftyer that the 4th burger only arrived for last person sitting there and got no plate infront of them.

I understand it is busy on a Monday, but orders shouldnt not be brought out 20 minutes after the first one came. Not sure if they forgot the burger or what the story was.

We come there as a family and would all like to eat together. But because of bad kitchen/waiter / manager management this could not be possible.
