Unpleasant experience at KFC sunnyside

This morning I went to KFC sunnyside to buy breakfast - I ordered an AM riser and cappuccino. the cashier told me there was no cappuccino or coffee - I had to order either tea or rooibos.

she did not ask me whether I wanted a patty or a hashbrown - I had to point it out to her.

then I had to wait almost 15 minutes to get my am riser - while people who came behind me in the queue and only ordered chicken was served immediately.

I told the cashier that I will not be going back to KFC to order breakfast - Macdonalds is right opposite KFC and their service is so much better and faster.

this is not the first time I had to wait long for the KFC breakfast - even at other branches there is always a delay - personally I don't think KFC is geared up to serve breakfast. they should rather stick to serving chicken

my day has not started well!!
