Proper customer service :(

I was in EL for the weekend and my friends and I decided to have late drinks at Primi's. There was a table available inside and it was freezing, we took it and made an order. About five minutes later this angry guy pops up asking what we were there for, we told him for drinks. He gave us such an attitude and told us to sit on the other side of the restaurant or leave the place. He said we treated the place like a liquor store. Really? He dragged the poor waiter (who was not aware) and shouted at him in front of the customer. He was extremely rude and at first we tried to reason with him, mind you tables around us were full of people just there for drinks.

I am appalled by your service. How can you be the manager and still not know how to act calm and have a proper way of talking with customers? I'm not even from EL.
