Today I went to KFC with the intent of purchasing Zinger wings. When I got there I saw the snack burger special so decided to buy that for myself, my bro and my mom along with the wings. As I waited for my order I went and took a seat because the floors were being mopped. When they called me to get it, I made the mistake of not checking if they had given me everything I ordered instead I just took the bag and left. I realised when I got home that the wings were not in the bag and it was too far for me to drive bag. I admit that it is my responsibility to check if I have the correct items before leaving the store but again the employees must ensure that they have packed the correct things before giving the customer. And an almost similar incident has happened before when I ordered a twister with extra cheese only to realise that no cheese was in it. It might seem trivial but I think it's unfair to pay for goods that you end up not consuming at the end of the day.
