SERVICE AND PRODUCT BAD QUALITY

On Sunday 18/08/2013 @ 2am i went to KFC Belhar (24hr) and ordered a sweet chili twister with cheese and streetwise 2! i had to cancel original order cause there were no rolls for burgers and no wings and the card machine was not working. Now every time i go there its and issue, i don't know of a fast food outlet where you have to ask before ordering what don't you have. Cause they never seem to have anything. then its no rolls, no wings, no chicken or something. to top it all off the staff and manager have attitudes when approached. I get home and no cheese on my twister and chicken looks like it was bitten on. this seems to be a regular thing always bad services or food and something needs to be done ASAP!!!
