Impressed with situation

I ordered the fish for lunch and I was not happy as it was very rubbery and had a lot of bones. I asked for it to be sent back and Deborah the manager came to apologise immediately and offered me something else. I am impressed with how fast the situation was handled. I ended up ordering sushi which was very nice. Great service!
