Hair found in zinger wings and portions very small

I purchased different items from KFC through the DrivE Thru. I was shocked @ how the wings have decreased in size! I called in & spoke to Jeffery, the manager. He said that it was a supplier fault ans there was nothing he could do!! He said that maybe if i stopped by again, he will give me a wing or two Extra wings. I was really shocked @ his attitude! As my colleague was eating her wings, she found a long hair in her wings! I decided to just put this on Hello Peter, as Jeffery is not very Helpful.
