NO GLOVES USED

On 23-01-14 ordered a burger and coke. The lady preparing the burger used her bare fingers to place the tomatoe and lettuce onto the fillet. I complained to the manager who said that she was sorry. I think that it is KFC's responsibility to ensure that their staff maintain the highest standards of hygiene when dealing with the preparation of food as the client is normally unable to see how their take-out is being prepared.
