Using BARE hands to prepare food!

This afternoon after a 45 minute wait the waiter brought my food not prepared to my liking. I politely requested they rectify the problem. They brought back my burger without garnish as requested but not the Extra Feta cheese which i paid for. It's then i saw the lady through the open door remove the top halve of my burger with her bare hands - no gloves - and then they suddenly scurry to close the door. I politely stood up and requested a refund from the manager. What a waste of an hour and still no food...
