Waiting for Chicken 5 times in a row

I have been to the drive-through at the Farmyard KFC as well as the one opposite the Limpopo Mall. the last 5 times, no matter what I order, the response is: "you need to wait a minimum of 20 minutes for the chicken".

How is it possible that a KFC doesn't have chicken available??? I'm not talking about zinger wings or pops. Just basic chicken pieces. For this to happen at different branches is even making it worse. I stopped going to the farmyard one, because of the waiting. then I went to the other branch, just to hear the same response.

It's not like I go there during the middle of the night either. I just can't understand how these branches are managed...

These people in the kitchen needs to wake up and keep track of the stock.
