Bad service resulted in us complaining to whom we thought was one of the managers on duty, but today found out that in fact he is the owner of the business. This person came across as being arrogant and not accommodating. We told him how long we waited for our food (1 hour 15 minutes), and all he could tell me was that it would be ready in 2 minutes. When i told him that it was not acceptable he informed me that there is nothing he can do. Not once did he apologies for the bad service, and when i mentioned this to him he became arrogant and confrontational, which later almost ended in a fight. At the time we did not know that he was the manager, and when i pointed this out to the other manager about this guys approach and having no peoples skills, i was not told that he was the manager. This is one place that i will never ever go to again, as it gave me the impression that we were not welcome there and no matter what we did or say, it was not heeded as the owner will do as he pleases. He is a arrogant little man, and i believe that if he continues in this way, he will loose potential customers in the future. Hi
