Arrogant and Rude

Due to poor service and a long wait for food, we requested to see the manager. I experienced him as being arrogant. He told my husband that he does not like his attitude, hit a chair and grabbed the pepper from him. Unprofessional, rude and arrogant!!! I will never set foot in the Woodlands branch again.
