Manager gives customers attitude

Clearly Edgars only has one teller employed as today there was only one person working, I waited in the line for 20 minutes and there was only three people in front of me in line, so you do the maths at how slow the service was too!! When the manager finally appeared and a customer pointed out the bad service the manager blatantly ignored her gave her a dirty look and walked away. Personally I thought managers were there to make sure a place runs efficiently and smoothly clearly this manager is only there for the pay slip and nothing else. The service is just unacceptable and I will be informing other people to stop shopping at this particular Edgars and I hope the manager catches a wake up!
