Arrogant sales lady

On the 29 November 2013 I went buy food at KFC arcadia, then I have that KFC arcadia is taking its customers for granted and don't respect it's client, i waited up to an hour for my food because it was only one sales person Teboho infront the customer we queuing for food of which they take their time from different place to spend money in such unfriendly shop and the manager was sleeping and. Shes very arrogant doesn't have respect to customers, she talks whatever she wants and I asked for the manager and she didn't wanna call her. Swiping machine was not working even the till and Teboho was writing orders on a paper, I was shocked such a big brand like KFC they open 24 hours machines are not working and only one person walking, and this is bad for us as client to be treated in a such manner.
