Nandos is always my first choice and two weeks ago I commended Nandos Chillilane, but what ive got from Nandos in Savoy was totally unacceptable and still wonder who hired the person. Nandos is a franchise not sphaza shop, here is my story, today 27/02/2013 at 20:37 I visited Nandos Savoy.part of my order was two liq fruit, Dina the lady issuing orders decided to give me her own flavors and I requested for more flavors she refused bluntly and told me that the ones I have is the only ones available, but I could still see more flavors in the fridge. she decided throw my order in front of me and turned her back. I advised her that I would take the matter further and she said that I can go ahead. I eventually requested for my refund, to my surprise the lady (Dina) said with pleasure.my order was issued at 09:00 and that time I think the store was closed, ultimately I was refunded R112.60 cash although I used my debit card. The question is what happened to my order? Is this how you train your staff to refund customers, where is customer service? Does she deserve to work for Nandos, serving customers is her core work and failing that whats her purpose? check the time of my post? off
