Refusal of take away sushi

On Wednesday evening after work I rushed through to Pick n Pay Constantia to get some sushi for 2 people for supper.

The store closes at 20h00 and I arrived with my request at 19h40. There was no sushi available in the fridges and upon request was told that there was nothing available and that no one can make me any because they are closing soon. I was subsequently offered salmon fashion sandwhiches that were laying open, unrefrigerated as that was all they could give me.

I was incredibly disappointed with this service. The store closes at 20h00 and the store should operate at 100% capacity until closing time or change their closing times to allow the staff sufficient time to clean and pack up.

This was a waste of my time and very disappointing for such a busy store.
