Pathethic Nandos Customer Care

On 20th March, I complained to Nandos Customer Care that a bottle of Nandos sauce I had purchased, was not closing (the lid merely went round and round when attempting to close it). A lady from Nandos Customer Care called for the batch code, which was given to her. On 25 March Nandos sent a reference number, 31516, to my cellphone. Thereafter, silence until I complained on hellopeter. Someone from Nandos (I think his name was Neville) called me, told me that the problem was acknowledged, and that a compensating voucher would be sent to me, as I had to discard the bottle of Nandos sauce that I had purchased.
I waited for about three weeks, no voucher, so I called the Customer Care line again, gave them my reference number 31516, and the lady who took my call said that she was supposed to have sent me the voucher, but had forgotten, and would do so.
STILL WAITING ANOTHER THREE WEEKS LATER.
