I had gone to buy lunch down at the above mentioned pub, found a piece of hair in my food and called for them to replace it. Cashier was rude even when i was placing the order and i requested the manager to handle my complaint, she then attempted to apologise and returned my money but i had requested another meal. I later called the pub again asking about the food requested but the cashier once again became rude, why would you treat a paying customer like this? Customer service is what makes or breaks a business, the manager should reprimand the cashier as she is the front of the business but has no manners or communications skills, the manager could have offered to replace my meal for free but didn't. I buy my lunch there every week but yesterday was just too much, especially since even the manager has no way to save the business reputation and i have been banned from buying there. Wow what a joke, i have a right to speak of ill treatment and not satisfied since i'm paying for the service...
