Opening hours of Mc'DOnalds

On 20 January 2014 (Monday morning) at 4:00 I went to Mc'Donalds in Middelburg on the c/o Lilian Ngoyi and Cowen Ntuli street. I was disappointed to find that the staff in the Mc'Donalds did not want to open the door for me, even though they saw me at the door. The doors were also locked. I was irritated with this as there is a huge sign in front of the building stating: "Now open 24 hours".

I understand that this was very early in the morning, but please remove the sign if you are not open 24 hours.
