Bad attitude and poor reflection of company

Yesterday evening after a game of action crieket myself and my husband stopped at Romans Pizza in Cowen Ntuli rd to get pizza for dinner. it was 20:40, the notice on the door says they close at 21:00. So we went inside and the lady at the counter just said sorry we are closed already. To make it worse there was still customers in the store. So we had to resort to Mc Donalds. That is just wrong if your hours says till 21:00 it should be till 21:00 now they are lying to customers, if they want to lock at 21;00 they should make their hours untill 20:30 or something like that, operating hours are the hours that people can buy things not when you want to go home. I worked the restuarnt business for many years, we closed at 01:00 but only left at about 03:00 after the customers where done and we cleaned up. this is just wrong.
