KFC Brackenfel - Flies in food! No Egg on Am rise

Last week - I had a fly in my AM Riser! I drove to this KFC 3 times and they give me a Free COFFIE!!! - This is what you get as an apology and for the inconvenienced caused - a R5 coffie! This week, I order 2 because I wanted to introduce a friend to it. I open it to find it has no egg on it! By this time my friend had eaten it already, not knowing there is supposed to be egg on it! I am so sick and tired of this nonsence. The excuse given - 'the person who made it, didn't know there was meant to be egg on it, we are short staffed, people don't want to work here! I think it is about time that the owner of this branch RUNS his business. The excuses are nonsense and unacceptable to a paying customer. And there attitude towards customer service is shocking!
