Fly in my food

On Sunday 19th January 2014 i ordered 2 large pizzas for delivery. First round the delivery guy left my house, i placed the one large pizza in the oven as my parents were out. I ate my large pizza and had no problems until my 3 year old boy came along and showed me a fly in his food. immediatly i called the branch and the manager was so kind as to replace the pizza for me.

My parents came home and opened there pizza to find that there was sauce on the pizza after i had specifficaly asked for no sauce.By this time i was furios. I got in my car and drove to the branch and asked for my money back. The manager (Leon) was kind enough to refund me . after leaving he came back to my car with (a) pizza that had "no sauce", he explained that the sauce i had tasted was the tomato base sauce, i dont agree with this. The pizza i had initially returned had a piece missing as i had taken a bite and the pizza he brought to my car was whole, go figure. I was made out to be a. I dont agree with this.
