LOCKED DOORS 30 MINS BEFORE CLOSING!

Last night 1st January 2014. A public holiday. As per trading hours debonairs is open until 22:00.
My wife, daughter and I, starving and craving debonairs went out to claremont branch in Imam Haron Road. It was 21:30. The doors were locked and all the staff inside and wouldnt open for me. Even after I indicated the door says theyre supposed to be open until ten. She insisted that they were closed.
I was furious. St elmos and Calcachos in the same road were all open and full. I went to calcacchos. You guys lost a lot of business because of lazy staff because I am sure I am not the only customer who got turned away.
I really wanted debonairs and so did my daughter.
What a disappointment. Those staff members on duty should be held responsible.
