Long wait, Raw and Old food

Me and my fiance bought a club sand which each after we eventually got served by the cashier waiting about 10 minutes with no one in ahead of us. But so rudely I only order the Club sandwich when actually wanting a milkshake with it, as the cashier suggested I buy cold drinks from the garage it is better. So after we order we went to the garage store and bought a few things, 15 minutes later we where back at the wimpy take away, we stood there waiting for 30 minutes)(Really 45 minutes to make a toasted sandwich and some chips), with no one attending to us. So we left and ate while on the road only to discover the chicken was still Raw the bread was so soggy you couldn't even hold it. To top it all-off the chicken must've been off because both of us had stomach cramps the following day. I am ready to advice all my friends and family not to ever stop and buy food from there and to get the health dept to go and investigate the store.
