Debonairs Pizza
The 40 minute promise

Just to put it very bluntly - the Debonairs promise of 40 minutes to deliver a pizza otherwise it is free - is not a promise! My wife and I had guests over last night and had to wait 55 minutes for our pizza - and upon phoning the branch - they did not even know where it was! Typical South African service industry - promises, promises - they obviously not important to Debonairs!!!
