Debonairs Pizza
If pizza is not ready in 10 minutes its free??

Cafes, Bars, Restaurants

Last night (07/03/13) at around 1850pm i went to buy pizza by the Debonairs at Pineslopes shopping centre. I ordered my pizza at 1854pm however by 1915pm my pizza was not ready yet so i went and asked the lady by the till (I think her name was Delpha) regarding the Debonairs policy on having the pizza ready in 10 minutes or its free. She replied me rudely stating that "that policy does not apply if we have deliveries" she further went on to state that "we are going to change that because its wrong" from then on she went on to ignore me as she carried on answering phones as i stood there, finally my pizza was ready and one of the ladies apologised and Delpha never bothered to. I want to understand if this is the name Debonairs wants to create for itself ie have a consumer promise that it does not stick to? I am sure this was a breach of the Consumer Protection Act and if I had to take this matter further Debonairs would be found in breach of the CPA?? I know you are a franchise company and are not directly involved in your franchises besides providing rules to abide by. I was not happy with the attitude i got from the teller and also the fact that Debonairs did not stick to policy
