What about you 10 minute promise???

I went to Debonairs in Craighall yesterday, as I have a short lunch break and know that debonairs promises your food within 10 minutes, I waited half an hour for one sub, and when I asked the lady if she knew that the sign seays 10 minutes, she said yes, and smiled at me. Seriously? I'll never buy from Debonairs again as this is not my first experience regarding this problem!!!
