Overall Very Impressed

I am a Chef and fine diner and restaurants is my hobby... Now Parrots is not a "Fine Dining" 5* establishment but I go there because of good service, quality food, value for money and good coffee. They can hit just about any button with the wide variety of menu items to choose from. Having been in the restaurant and Hotel industry for nearly 10 years I must congratulate you for delivering that quality of food for that amount of people at that pace in a very busy season!
Well done! what an achievement! you can tap yourself on the back!
and o yes you should consider training your waiters to sell the cocktails, I didn't even notice until I recently sat close to the bar! They look impressive!
