High prices, bad food, slow service

First the good points - friendly staff making the take-away capuccinos and speciality coffees. Good quality capuccinos. Now for the complaint - very slow service if you sit down or even if you order anything other than coffee/capuccino to take away. Out of stock of many items on the menu - for months. The food is not good, clearly no qualified or trained chef in the kitchen. They battle to get bacon and scrambled eggs right! If you are lucky there are two cakes to choose between on any given day. Very, very slow food service and the waiters are also slow. Overpriced for the poor quality food. Also, the manager shows no interest in the customers.
