SO Dissapointed in Parrots Centurion

Went for supper at Parrots Centurion last night. Was greated and seated and asked what we wanted to drink (wainters name: Honest). Drinks was served and this is where things went south. Our waiter went missing in action. After 20 min I complained to the manager (a lady) that we have still not been asked what we wanted to eat. she took our order and dissapeared. After an hour I asked to speak to the manager again as we sill have not received our food. In this time period 3 tables who had come in after us had already received their food and the one table was already leaving. This time the manager was a gentleman. Food finally arrived, l oredered water with him which after 10 min I had to request from one of the waiters to bring to me. After the frustration neither my mom or myself was hungry any more and left. We always go to Parrots when eating out... will NOT any more.
