Parrots
Religiously wrong

Parrots is one of the places I never walk by without popping in.
I have always had amazing experiences at Parrots especially at the one in Menlyn, until I was exposed to the Centurion one.
I had a corporate meeting with a partner and we decided on meeting at parrots, for coffee and dinner.
I must say that this is an experience I will never forget! 18 June 2013
I ordered a vegetarian wrap and my guest a non-veg wrap. We received it in an impressive timeframe, however, My guest started eating his, while I did too, I than realised that I was served chicken - which is totally against my religion.
I called the waiter and he took it back to the kitchen. He returned it and said that the order was mixed up!
He just swopped our plates, even though I had already eaten from my plate and my guest had eaten almost half of his wrap. People around us noticed what happened and questioned the integrity of the restaurant. After ordering other drinks, I asked for a glass of water, which came 1 hour later-after I reminded the waiter. I will not be associating myself with Parrots again.
