Extremely bad service due to stereotyping

On 23/10/2013 at around 2pm my brother and I went to parrots East Rand Galleria for a late lunch. I ordered a prawn pasta and when it was served, I found that the prawns were under cooked. I asked my waiter to take it back as I was unable to eat it. Nico the manager/owner (I am unsure of his exact title) came over to my table and instead of apologizing for serving me under cooked seafood, had the audacity to say that I had ordered too much food and should not use the excuse of it being undercooked to send it back. He told me that he will not accept the complaint of the prawns being undercooked. He was actually implying that I didn't want to pay for the pasta. He took it off my bill, but I insisted on paying for it just to show him that I am not the type of person that was just looking for a free meal. This felt like a form of toward me as I am of Indian descent. I am absolutely appalled at his attitude and behavior toward me, especially since my family and I were regular patrons of parrots. I will never eat there again. I suggest more people choose other restaurants to eat at, because parrots obviously does not know what good customer service is.
