BAD SERVICE and SETTING KFC IN A BAD LIGTH

At the moment, I have an email pending response from head office regarding my complaint of slow and bad service at the KCF in Observatory. Firstly waited 20 minutes in the drive through to end up getting the incorrect order. Got the below autoed case number from the server:

KFC Customer Care Case CAS-37676-Z8T6T7 Confirmation. KFC:0002910

There has been no response from the supplier on this and my initial email was sent on the 11/11/2013. (over two months ago)

With my trip to Worcest this past weekend, we waited 30 minutes in the drive through and when we got back to our hotel room the enitre order was once again completely wrong. In additions, it seems like at every single drive through point of sale there is people begging and the staff just allows this and the security guards do absolutly nothing about it.

I honestly feel as though KFC management do not value their customers. Fair enough there will always be complaints, but the least they could have the decency to give some sort of correspondance to posts.

I trust that this matter will be addressed with a matter of urgency.
