"ill shoot all of you" - waitress, manager rude

On the 14 jan 2014 AT 3PM my daughter and i ordered chicken and chips (very hot), very excited waiting... 2nd daughter arrives with sushi from nearby pick and pay. After a curious stare we were told" i wish i had my gun ne? " "er okay.."..(uncomfortably), "why? ". "because i will shoot ALL OF YOU (unfunny joke in south africa)... you see you are not allowed to eat your sushi here - see that sign"(points to a tiny sign placed high up on the wall (20cm x 15cm approx).
So I say then you will have to refund us... to which she stares blankly. A fellow employee seemed to indicate to leave it alone, but she did not although we thought she had. A rather brash manager arrived shortly after and told us we had to leave (name tag - "panache"). he very abrubtly and unapologetically gave us our R100 rand back and did not make eye contact... the other employees looked a bit frightened of this fellow as he ordered some more of them around. the experience turned a very pleasant afternoon into a sour one. KFC across the road had no issues with the sushi AT ALL and welcomed us. THANK YOU KFC. NO THANK YOU NANDOS!
