Dear KFC. It has now been 2 weeks since I had a serious complained which I phoned customer service about. I was promised that I would receive feedback in 24 hours, however coming from service and products I am not surprised that I am still waiting for a response. I arrived in the drive-thru, waited at the first window for 5 minutes, then someone showed me to drive around and order, then I was sitting behing one vehicle in front of me for nearly 15 minutes, pathetic to say the least, when I eventually got to the window to order the staff was just walking pass, nobody helped me, I called a manager Carol and said that I was very upset, I wanted my AM Deluxe Burger and Cuppacino and they better must make it quick, then I waited, and after about 5 minutes Carols comes back and say, I am very sorry, we do not have chicken fillets available, and I was so upset I just drove off. Can you please tell me how can a place like KFC, selling 80% of chicken fillets not have it available after I was sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes. I am sorry, pathetic service, bad quality products and always a let down, yet you feel that increasing you prices every 2 weeks is normal. DISSAPOINTED FOR GOOD!
