Terrible Service In A Terible Enviroment

On sunday we drove to the Nandos in Lambton, the cashier was rather moody, and kept rolling her eyes whilst taking my order, i continued and took a seat with my family, when our food came to our table, it came with a swam of flies, we battled it out for about 25min before i could actually start eating, i speak no word of a if i say there was 20 flys around our table sitting on our plates and meals, we made a pack that my wife and son would eat and i would wave my hands to chase the flies of our meals and plates, this seemed to amuse the 3 waiters standing by the warmer watching our ordeal, when my wife and son had finished and i couldnt take it anymore, i called for the manager, who came, once i asked her about the fly problem, she became very defensive and thats when the attitude switch came on, where she said that the fly issues are out of her hands and they are waiting for them to install some device, i then asked how do i eat now? which she replied that she will get a candle to repel the flies, when i eventually started eating, just my luck there was a fly in my burger obviously from the kitchen, i didnt want to call the manager again, so we just left, really unhappy.
